NetSleds.com offers the following shipping methods: You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. NetSleds.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. If you prefer a different shipper besides UPS or a quicker shipment (overnight, 2nd Day Air) please let us know so we can give you your options.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or International orders. Closeout items are not eligible for free shipping.
Product Availability:
We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.
Returns & Replacements

No returns on closeout items.

There is a 20 percent restocking fee for all cancellations and returns after an order has been processed and shipped.

All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving item for credit. Customer pays all shipping charges back to the warehouse. COD return shipments will not be accepted and just delay us on solving your problem. We will accept returns as long as the item is in original condition (no tags removed, protective covering on shields intact, and boxes not ripped).

Canceling an Order

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours M-F 8am-5pm Mountain Standard Time to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 72 hours.

Please never request to cancel an order via e-mail as we may not receive it in time.

There is a 5 percent restocking fee for all cancellations.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Idaho will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your county.

Damaged Packages:
In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call NetSleds.com immediately at 208-521-5366. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. NetSleds.com will advise you of the procedures needed to follow. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
